teen wellness on wheelsTeen-WOW: T-WOW is a free mobile health program for teens outside two local high schools. This collaborative effort between the Champaign-Urbana Public Health District and Christie Clinic, P.C. brings preventive health services to high school students who have no access to a school nurse or school health center.

The unit offers students aged 12 and up free health screenings, disease prevention supplies and educational materials. Students visit the van for pregnancy tests; sexually-transmitted disease tests; and information about disease prevention, diet and exercise. Students who need more intensive medical attention receive referrals to other services.

T-WOW 2007-2008 Schedule   Centennial   -   Central
