This service is not available to children in home day care centers.

All children age three and up who are:
In licensed* day care facilities and preschools anywhere in Champaign County.
In public, private / parochial schools anywhere in Champaign County -- as time allows.
* All day care facilities and preschools must be licensed by the Illinois Department of Children & Family Services. This service is not available to children in home day care centers.
Cost
Vision screening: $7.00
Hearing screening: $15.00
