Visoin and Hearing Screening

vision hearing photoWe offer vision and hearing screenings to children age three and up in public and private / parochial schools, and to those in licensed day care facilities and preschools.

This service is not available to children in home day care centers.

Locations Champaign County
Eligibility All children age three and up who are:
  • In licensed* day care facilities and preschools anywhere in Champaign County.
  • In public, private / parochial schools anywhere in Champaign County -- as time allows.
* All day care facilities and preschools must be licensed by the Illinois Department of Children & Family Services. This service is not available to children in home day care centers.
Cost Vision screening: $7.00
Hearing screening: $15.00
How do I get services? We are visiting all eligible facilities. You may also call our Vision & Hearing Technician at
(217) 531-2926.
Hours Monday 8:30-1:15 AND 2:15-3:30
Tuesday 8:30-12:00 AND 1:00-3:30
Thursday 8:30-1:15 AND 2:15-3:30
CLOSED Wednesday & Friday
Walk-In Clinic 2nd Wednesday of the month 8:30-12:30 & 2:30-3:30
