STD Clinic Information

We offer STD clinics in our Champaign office, with diagnostic services and treatment for gonorrhea, chlamydia, human papilloma virus infections (genital warts), genital herpes, syphilis, and trichomonas. Hepatitis A and B immunizations are to all of our STD clients.

NEW: We now offer a blood test for genital herpes for people with no symptoms! This test costs $7.

HPV Vaccine Questions and Answers The CDC provides this information online as well as in PDF format.

The Illinois Campaign for Responsible Sex Education (ICRSE) has very good information about sex ed. The site has award wining education videos, resources and a newsletter. Visit the site soon.

Eligibility If you are 12 years of age or older you may receive STD and HIV services, regardless of where you live. All tests are confidential and parental permission is not needed. Citizenship is NOT required. You must sign a consent form for tests and any treatment. We will ask for your ID to ensure that we have the most accurate contact information for you. We will not share your health information with ANYONE without your written permission.
Cost We ask for a donation of $20 at the time of services. This helps us cover the costs associated with operating the STD Clinics and providing exams, testing, lab services, treatments, and partner notification. If a person can not provide $20, we ask that they provide what they can. No one will be refused services because of inability to pay. Additional services such as pharengeal or rectal swab for gonorrhea will be provided at an additional cost.

Blood test for genital herpes (for people with no symptoms) = $7.
How do I get services? Show up during clinic hours. No appointment is necessary. You will check in under the "Clinic Check-in" sign. You will be given a number so that your name with not be used or announced.
Hours Monday 4:00 - 5:30 pm (Men's clinic)
Tuesday 1:00 - 5:00 pm
Thursdays 9:00 am - 11 a.m. and 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
