Anyone living with HIV/AIDS is eligible for case management services, regardless of income or insurance. Those who meet income and insurance guidelines are also eligible for dental care, housing services, utility support, primary HIV medical care, nutrition services, vaccinations, transportation assistance, mental health services and legal services.

Anyone who is HIV positive and living in one of the following counties is eligible for case management: Champaign, Coles, DeWitt, Douglas, Edgar, Ford Iroquois, Livingston, Piatt and Vermilion. Any HIV-positive person living in the above counties who meets income and insurance guidelines is eligible for all other services. Call for details.
